Founding Director
George Wales, our founding Director, has a wealth of experience as a highly successful recruitment professional and manager.
As a natural communicator, he excels in forging strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Honest and straightforward he establishes trust through delivering exactly what he promises. As well as managing the business, George leads recruitment in Greater Manchester and South Yorkshire.
Callum Hughes
Recruitment Executive
For the last 2 and a half years, Callum has been working as a recruitment executive within medical diagnostics. He is now ready for a new direction within the industry and joins our team to oversee recruitment in Liverpool, Cheshire and the Wirral.
Gary Holmes
Recruitment Executive
Gary has a wealth of experience in recruitment having worked in the marketing and construction sectors for 8 years. Ready for a new challenge, he joins The Healthcare Hub team to head up recruitment in the East Midlands.
Tom Best
Recruitment Executive
Tom joins the team after a 10 year career as a chartered surveyor. For the last 3 and a half years he has been working for Colliers as a Client Manager for companies such as Aldi and J D Wetherspoons and is now ready for a new challenge. He joins the team to lead recruitment in North and West Yorkshire.
Harry Kellaway
Recruitment Executive
Having just graduated from Newcastle University where he completed a degree in Economics and Finance, Harry is really looking forward to starting his career with us as a Recruitment Executive. He joins the team to manage recruitment in the Northeast of England and Scotland.
Qas Iqbal
Recruitment Executive
Qas studied for a degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Bradford, a Masters in Regenerative Medicine followed by an NHS Scientist Training Programme. Prior to joining us, he worked as a Sales Associate in Merchant Services as well as setting up his own Tuition business. He joins the team to lead recruitment in West Yorkshire.
Addi Evans
Recruitment Executive
Addi graduated from Birmingham City University with a First Class Honours in Business Management and joins us to manage recruitment in East Lancashire. Whilst at university, he worked as a Senior Youth Leader for a leading international youth organisation and is an active participant in volunteering and charity work.
Cam Lenton
Recruitment Executive
For the last 7 years, Cam has been working in the Hospitality Industry managing pubs and restaurants. Ready for a new direction and challenge, he joins our team to oversee recruitment in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Josh Carpenter
Recruitment Executive
Prior to joining the team, Josh worked as a personal trainer and gym manager for 3 years. He is now ready for a new career and joins us to manage recruitment in Staffordshire, Shropshire and North Wales.
Jess Wales
Onboarding and Aftercare Manager
After 25 years as a teacher in London and Leeds, Jess joins the team as our onboarding manager to ensure a smooth transition, from placement to aftercare, for all our clients and candidates.

Whilst not involved in the day-to-day running of the company, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to advise and support our team.
